Thank you for shopping with Lastuto. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Period

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. All accessories, parts, manuals, tags, labels, and original packaging materials must be included where applicable.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return authorization from us.

3. Return Address

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Please do not return items to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Returning items to the wrong address may delay or prevent your refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at elfledahartse57@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, return instructions, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

5. Customer-Remorse Returns

Customer-remorse returns include, but are not limited to:

Changed mind
Ordered the wrong item
Ordered the wrong size, color, or quantity
No longer needed the item
Did not like the item after receiving it

For customer-remorse returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

6. Returns Caused by Our Error

If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged before delivery, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, return label, return instructions, or another reasonable resolution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Used items
Washed items
Installed or assembled items
Items with stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Items missing original packaging, tags, labels, parts, or accessories
Customized or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund status.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted.

This may apply if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition; if parts, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, or packaging are missing; or if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, installation, washing, or improper handling.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.

10. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at elfledahartse57@outlook.com. If the requested replacement item is available, we will provide further instructions.

If an exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item according to this Return Policy and place a new order.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at elfledahartse57@outlook.com.

We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this Return Policy.

12. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer, Lastuto is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs.

Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping address. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.

13. Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception area, neighbors, building office, or local delivery office.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at elfledahartse57@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help check the delivery status with the carrier where possible.

14. Return Shipping

For customer-remorse returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns caused by damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Lastuto is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or not delivered to the correct return address.
