Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lastuto is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We accept returns of eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with all accessories, parts, manuals, tags, and labels included where applicable.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, return instructions, or another reasonable resolution.
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size or color, or no longer needing the item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts or packaging, or not returned in its original condition.
